Take the INSIDER 'S TOUR

The Insider's Tour is scheduled on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 10:00 am. See your gifts at work and meet our Executive Director, Van Taylor.

You'll start your tour at Open Arms, the Mission's shelter for homeless women and children. The shelter is located at 929 N. Main Street.  There, you'll learn about the variety of programs available to the women and hear stories of progress in the lives of the women.

Going back to your vehicles, we'll drive six blocks south to the Mission campus at Mulberry and Washington streets. First, you'll see how the Mission reaches out to people in need through the Care & Share Store. Then you'll be transported in time to the Christmas season, which goes on all year at the Mission.  You'll visit the busy volunteers who work throughout the year to prepare for the Red Ribbon Christmas Outreach.

Crossing Mulberry Street, we'll enter the Mission headquarters where you'll learn about the programs for men, meet our Director, see the chapel and move into dining room where lunch is being served.

We'll enjoy lunch together at 11:30, have a chance to hear your impressions and answer any questions you may have.
